Today I officially announced to my co-workers and fellow
friends that I will be leaving Johnson Controls. This was a terribly hard to decision that I
had to encounter for many reasons. First
of all - I'm leaving and second of all I'm leaving but I don't have another
job! That's right - I'm leaving to take
on a new venture; that venture is traveling the globe. This is something that I've wanted to do for
some quite time now but having the opportunity to work for a great company and
have awesome managers and leadership and opportunities have always made me
reconsider leaving. A year ago I was
relocated for the 5th time with Johnson controls and this 5th move had me
coming back to Milwaukee, WI (not my favorite place). I told myself after a year - I would be done. I held myself to that - as it's now Sep 30,
2014 and I accepted this job on Oct 1, 2013.
